Flax Yogurt Fruit Bowl Recipe
Yogurt provides beneficial bacteria for the intestines and gut and the flax is a source of fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Use any fresh fruit you have on hand.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup natural plain yogurt or kefir
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh sliced fruit, such as banana, apple or berries.

Directions
  1. Combine the flax seed with the yogurt and pour over fruit. Shaved fresh coconut is wonderful on top.

I love yogurt(I'm Greek), even simple without any fruits, sometimes I just add honey. Flax is a great idea!
