Ingredients

1/4c fresh chopped mint

1T balsamic vinegar

2tsp dry cumin

1tsp dry mustard

2tsp honey

1/2tsp salt

1,2tsp fresh ground pepper

8 loin lamb chops,about 1" thick,trimmed

cookin spray

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl,stirring well. Place lam in a single layer in a shallow dish;rub spice mixture evenly over both sides of lamb.

Cover and refrigerate 4 hours

Prepare grill

Place lamb on the grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 4 mins a side or till desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
