- 8 whole fresh jalapenos shopping list
- 1 cup of flour shopping list
- 1 tomato shopping list
- 2 medium packs of boneless pork chops shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- chili powder shopping list
- ground cumin shopping list
- shreded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- first fill your blender up half way with hot water
- then cut up the peppers in small pieces use cloves
- and put them in the hot water
- cut up your tomato in chunks put in hot water
- let them both set for about 10 minutes
- then while they are setting cut up your pork chops into small pieces
- fry them in a good size pan when all the juice is gone the pork is ready for the chili
- ok while the meat is cooking you finish your chili, blend until it is all liquid then pour it in a bowl take a two cups of water and put it in the blender add i cup of flour then mix it until it is smooth set that aside in a cup when your meat is done you are going to add your chili to the meat then add the flour mixture little at a time until it is like gravy
- then you will need to add your spices lots of salt you taste to your likeing about a tablespoon of cumin and chili powder
- tablespoon of pepper taste as you go so it is perfect you don't really need to measure these things after your done sprinkle cheese over the top and serve it with refried beans and tortilla
