Pizza Muffins

My youngest one loves to eat and make these. So simple and delicious for a snack, appetizer or even a main dish.
Ingredients
- 6 English muffins shopping list
- one 14-ounce jar pizza sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven on broil setting.
- Slice muffins in half, brown under broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove muffin halves from oven and reset oven to bake at 400 degrees.
- Top each with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is just melted.
