TYPES OF DOUGH WRAPPERS:

basic savory

basic sweet

brioche

potato

rye

whole wheat

mexican

tomato basil

garlic

onion

lemon mint

parmensan

spinach

orange ginger

Directions

Instructions:

bread machine:

warm liquid and combine dry ingredients including yeast. .mix and pour rest of ingredients in to machine.process for 1 minute.follow makers directions except only knead once.

food processor:

warm liquid. combine dry ingredients including yeast process for 10 seconds.mix and pour rest of ingredients into feed tube,process until formed into a bell, about 5-10 minutes.place in a greased bowl ,aover and let raise to double.about 30-45 minutes

by hand:

mix yeast with flour add liquids and stir with a wooden spoon. when to stiff to stir,turn out on a lightly floured area and knead for 5-10 minutes. place in a greased bowl and cover. let rais for 30-45 minutes-boubled in size.

each recipe will make the following size and number of wrappers:

3"--24-16-----1-1 1/2 tsp

4"--20-23-----1 1/2-3 tsp

6"--5-6---------3TBS.-1/2 cup
