How to make it

  • Instructions:
  • bread machine:
  • warm liquid and combine dry ingredients including yeast. .mix and pour rest of ingredients in to machine.process for 1 minute.follow makers directions except only knead once.
  • food processor:
  • warm liquid. combine dry ingredients including yeast process for 10 seconds.mix and pour rest of ingredients into feed tube,process until formed into a bell, about 5-10 minutes.place in a greased bowl ,aover and let raise to double.about 30-45 minutes
  • by hand:
  • mix yeast with flour add liquids and stir with a wooden spoon. when to stiff to stir,turn out on a lightly floured area and knead for 5-10 minutes. place in a greased bowl and cover. let rais for 30-45 minutes-boubled in size.
  • Filling wrappers:
  • each recipe will make the following size and number of wrappers:
  • 2"--44-48-----1/2 tsp
  • 3"--24-16-----1-1 1/2 tsp
  • 4"--20-23-----1 1/2-3 tsp
  • 6"--5-6---------3TBS.-1/2 cup
  • 8"--3-4---------1/2 - 3/4 cup
