The family loves this golden brown chicken.

Ingredients
  • 6 chicken leg quarters
  • 1/4c butter melted
  • 1Tbs lemon juice
  • 1Tbs prepared mustard
  • 1tsp. salt
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1/4tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Plave chicken in a 15x10x1" baking pan. In a small bowl,combine the remaining ingrredients. Pour over the chicken.
  2. Bake,uncovered at 375 for 50-60 mins or till juices run clear,basting occasionally with pan juices.
