How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  • Shape into balls and place on foil lined cookie sheets and freeze until firm. Do not thaw.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until light brown.

    you can use any DRY stuffing mix you like.

    Great recipe! I love spinach. I have a question about the stuffing mix also. I don't know if we have Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix here in Canada, but I'm sure that I can substitute. My question though is about the stuffing mix-Do you make it up and then measure out the 4 cups or is it just the dry part that is used?
