Ingredients
  • Easy Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes
  • oreo cookies
  • 3 pkgs. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • melted chocolate chips
  • 24 paper cupcake liners
  • (white cream frosting =optional)

Directions
  1. =======================================
  2. Place paper liners in muffin tins.
  3. Set an oreo cookie on bottom of each.
  4. Beat together 3 pks (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  5. and ¾ c sugar until smooth.
  6. Add 3 eggs one at a time until blended.
  7. Spoon over each cookie.
  8. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 mins.
  9. Cool completly then drizzle with chocolate.
  10. Also wonderful with white frosting..crush a few
  11. Oreos and add to frosting.
