Easy Pepperoni Pasta Salad

- 1 16 oz package of spaghetti noodles shopping list
- 6-8 oz sliced pepperoni shopping list
- 8 oz block of cheddar or montery jack cheese cubed (or shredded) shopping list
- 2 c. cherry tomatoes, whole OR sliced in half (or about 1 C. chopped regular tomatoes) shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1-2 celery stalks, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium sized cucumber, sliced shopping list
- 1 c. carrots, sliced into coin shapes shopping list
- 1 16 oz bottle of zesty Italian salad dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions
- Drain noodles and run under cold water until very cool. Drain well
- In a very large bowl, combine noodles, pepperoni, vegetables and entire bottle of salad dressing. Mix well.
- Serve immediately of chill first. Chilling lets flavors meld together, so is actually better.
- HINT: If you want to substitute the dressing for regular or low calorie Italian, it would still turn out fine. Also, feel free to leave any of the vegies you don't like out and add ones you do (such as green peppers or mushrooms...) and black olive slices can also be added if you like them
