How to make it

  • Season the pheasant pieces with salt and pepper. Roll in flour and brown in a small amount of oil in a heavy skillet.
  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Combine the onion flakes, soups, mushrooms with the rice.
  • Place half of the mixture into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Arrange the pheasant pieces on top of the rice mixture
  • Combine the skillet drippings with the remaining rice mixture. Spoon over pheasant.. Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes
