How to make it

  • In a med. saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, flour and salt.
  • Stir in hot water using a whisk; blend until smooth.
  • Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves; stirring constantly.
  • Stir in milk and continue cooking until mixture thickens. Stirring continuously.
  • Serve over hot homemade biscuits or pancakes.
