Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa

3 Tbsp. plain flour

2/3 c. sugar

pinch salt

1/2 c. hot tap water

2 c. milk

Directions

In a med. saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, flour and salt.

Stir in hot water using a whisk; blend until smooth.

Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves; stirring constantly.

Stir in milk and continue cooking until mixture thickens. Stirring continuously.

Serve over hot homemade biscuits or pancakes.
