How to make it

  • Place softened vanilla ice cream on top of crust. Refreeze.
  • Place 1 flavor softened sherbert next. freeze
  • Place 2nd sherbert nex. freeze
  • Optional: Decorate with piped whipped cream around the sides.
  • Place plastic wrap over the top and freeze.
  • SAUCE: Heat and mix together the concentrate, lemon pie filling and rum. Pour over the pie when served.
