Almond Cream Cheese Pound Cake

- 1 18.25 package butter recipe cake mix shopping list
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp almond extract shopping list
How to make it
- : Place rack in center of 350 degree oven. Lightly oil and flour 10 inch tube pan.
- Place cake mix, cream cheese, eggs, water, sugar, oil, vanilla and almond in large mixing bowl. Blend with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Increase mixer speed to medium and beat 2 minutes more. Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing batter.
- Bake 35-40 minutes or until done. Cool 20 minutes on wire rack. Loosen around edge and invert onto serving plate.
- Slice cake while it is still a little warm.
- Store cake at room temperature up to 1 week, or in freezer up to 6 months.
