- 4 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 3 carrots sliced shopping list
- 3 onions sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup peas shopping list
- 1 can tomatoes shopping list
- 1 tbsp chili powder shopping list
- 2 tsp paprika shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 pound ground beef shopping list
- 3/4 cup elbow macaroni shopping list
How to make it
- In a large heavy bottomed pot, bring chicken stock to a boil
- Add carrots, onions, peas, tomatoes, and spices.
- Simmer until veggies are soft about 15 minutes.
- Add beef, crumbling it up as you drop it in simmer 10 minutes
- Add macroni noodles, simmer until noodles are soft about 10 minutes
- Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes
