How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Cut butter into flour until mixture clings together. Add nuts. Press into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
  • Cream Cheese Filling:
  • Beat cream cheese ubtil soft: add vanilla. Fold into Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Refrigerate.
  • Topping:
  • Sprinkle gelatinover 1 cup cold water to soften. Add boiling water, sugar,salt, and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Add lemon juice and food coloring; stir to combine. Cool. Add mangoes and chill until gelatin begins to mold. Pour over cream-cheese filling. Refrigerate until firm.
