Yummy Coconut Apple Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Grease a 13x9x2" baking
  • dish.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set
  • aside.
  • Beat eggs and sugar; stir in oil, vanilla and
  • orange juice. Mix in flour mixture slowly. Fold in
  • apples, nuts and coconut. Transfer to baking dish;
  • bake 1 hour, or until cake tests done.
