A delicious salad that reminds me of my sweet Grandma who used to make this when I was little. We continue to serve it at family gatherings. It's a simple recipe and so yummy! Even the non-jello eaters enjoy it!

Ingredients
  • 1 Large package Lime Jello
  • 1 Large package cream cheese (Philadelphia is the best!)
  • 1 Large can pears (or fresh if in season)

Directions
  1. Make Jello as directed. Put in refrigerator.
  2. Soften cream cheese and mash with a fork.
  3. Add pears; mash and mix with cream cheese.
  4. When Jello has slightly thickened, fold in fruit mixture and chill until ready to serve.
