This meatloaf was the best I ever made. It has a spicy kick with rotel tomatoes and green chiles but with a sweet sauce on top. Loved it!

Ingredients
  • 1lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped into 1/2in pieces
  • 5oz diced tomatoes w/ green chiles (recommend Rotel)
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1lg egg
  • 2tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2tsp cumin
  • 1tsp Garlic Powder
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4cup light brown sugar
  • 1tbsp Worcestshire sauce

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease 9x9 glass baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatloaf and mix well.
  3. Evenly fill in baking dish with meatloaf mixture and flatten on top.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine Ketchup, brown sugar, and worcestshire sauce.
  5. Cover top of meatloaf with sauce. Place in oven to bake for 60mins.
  6. Enjoy
