Sweet and Sour Artichoke Hearts

- 20 ounces frozen artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1/3 cup apple juice shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan over medium heat combine artichoke hearts and apple juice then bring to simmer.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey then add salt and summer uncovered until liquid reduces slightly.
- Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with parsley.
