Ingredients
  • 20 ounces frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions
  1. In saucepan over medium heat combine artichoke hearts and apple juice then bring to simmer.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and honey then add salt and summer uncovered until liquid reduces slightly.
  3. Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with parsley.
