i ate this in a cool little spot in sisters oregon, ever since i have created it for myself

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 ripe avacado
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh taragon
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. let cream cheese come to room temp
  2. skin the avacado and smash up
  3. zest the lemon into your avacado and a few drope of juice just so they wont turn color on ya
  4. mince finley your taragon
  5. now add your cream cheese to your avacado lemon taragon add a little salt and toast up a bagel, you wont believe the amazing flavors all zinging around in your mouth when you eat this, very simple ingredients i always have can mash up into a croud pleasing morning or afternoon meal
  6. enjoy!
