i ate this in a cool little spot in sisters oregon, ever since i have created it for myself

let cream cheese come to room temp
skin the avacado and smash up
zest the lemon into your avacado and a few drope of juice just so they wont turn color on ya
mince finley your taragon
now add your cream cheese to your avacado lemon taragon add a little salt and toast up a bagel, you wont believe the amazing flavors all zinging around in your mouth when you eat this, very simple ingredients i always have can mash up into a croud pleasing morning or afternoon meal
