Ingredients

1 1/2 cups crumbled good quality blue cheese

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup sour cream

pepper to tast

fresh herbs: a few teaspoons of each

parsley

taragon

mint

basil if your daring, it adds a unique flavor i love!

Directions

put it all in a large metal bowl and go to town stiring that thing

a great part to bring in some kids to do the hard work ;)
