Shrimp in Lobster Sauce

- 1 lb. medium shrimp- shelled and deveined shopping list
- 2 TBS peanut oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic - finely chopped shopping list
- 4 green onions - thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 pound ground pork shopping list
- 1 TBS soy sauce shopping list
- 1 TBS black bean paste (found in oriental section of market) shopping list
- 1 TBS sherry (dry) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 tsp. cornstarch shopping list
- 2 eggs - well beaten shopping list
How to make it
- In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic and green onions. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add pork and stir-fry 5 minutes until no longer pink. Stir in shrimp and stir fry 2-

- smooth; stir into wok and cook about 8 minutes(or less) or until thickened. Stir in eggs. Remove from heat and serve immediately over white rice.
