California Wine Cake

I prefer not to use boxed cake mixes; however, this recipe is an exception. A delicious cake to make when time is limited. Everyone loves it and it is perfect to serve with coffee.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup cream sherry shopping list
- 1 tsp nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all at once with electric mixer for 5 minutes.
- Pour in to a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes @ 350.
- Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
