I prefer not to use boxed cake mixes; however, this recipe is an exception. A delicious cake to make when time is limited. Everyone loves it and it is perfect to serve with coffee.

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup cream sherry
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions
  1. Mix all at once with electric mixer for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour in to a greased and floured bundt pan.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes @ 350.
  4. Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
