How to make it

  • Mix brisket and bbq sauce and warm in microwave. Set aside.
  • Take a large round pizza pan and spread a layer of tortilla chips, top with some of the cheese, sprinkle with half of the black beans, then half of the brisket, half of the corn, then more cheese. Add the rest of your chips, cheese, rest of the black beans, rest of the brisket, rest of the corn, and finish off with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until nicely melted throughout.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa verde.

    YOU are such a CREATIVE Cook!!!
    I love this recipe using the BBQ Brisket, left-overs!....Now....I will be sure to use this "5"FORK!!!!! Winner Recipe....when I have any Brisket left!...However, knowing my family....this may be awhile....but at least when it does happen I will be ready!
