Smoked Brisket Nachos

- Your favorite tortilla chips shopping list
- 2 cups leftover smoked brisket, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c. favorite bbq sauce shopping list
- 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced shopping list
- 1/2 can black beans, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1/2 c. roasted corned, cut from cob or drained canned shopping list
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar shopping list
- 4 green onions, sliced, including the green tops shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- salsa verde shopping list
How to make it
- Mix brisket and bbq sauce and warm in microwave. Set aside.
- Take a large round pizza pan and spread a layer of tortilla chips, top with some of the cheese, sprinkle with half of the black beans, then half of the brisket, half of the corn, then more cheese. Add the rest of your chips, cheese, rest of the black beans, rest of the brisket, rest of the corn, and finish off with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until nicely melted throughout.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa verde.

I never would have thought of BBQ nachos, but when you put it out there like that it just makes sense. Wonderful recipe, thank you for posting it.

I love this recipe using the BBQ Brisket, left-overs!....Now....I will be sure to use this "5"FORK!!!!! Winner Recipe....when I have any Brisket left!...However, knowing my family....this may be awh...moremjcmcook in Beach City loved it
