Swedish Green Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

6 large potatoes

3/4 cup light cream

1 stick butter or margarine

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt or to taste

1/4 tsp pepper

2 Tbs chopped chives

2 tsp dill weed

1 pkg frozen spinach thawed and chopped, cooked and well drained

Directions

Cook potatoes and mash.

Add butter, seasonings and stir in well drained spinach.

Serve at once or put in a baking dish and bake 350 until well heated.
