Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions
  1. Beat margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine dry ingredients, add slowly to creamed mixture.
  3. Stir in fruits, chips and nuts.
  4. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Cool on racks.
  7. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.

Simply delicous great recipe


I tried this recipe.......hmmm very very good. Can you get drunk from cookies? Because after two I was like wooo!!! Any how every good, you've impressed my 9 year old son who doesn't like coconut. 5 forks x 5. Thanks again, I put this in my family recipe book. Melissa
