How to make it

  • In a small bowl whisk in the extract and half of the whipping cream, then slowly add, I add tablespoon by tablespoon, additional whipping cream to get the consistency you want.
  • If the glaze gets too runny, just whisk in additional powdered sugar.
  • How easy is that?
  • If you aren't going to use it immediately, put plastic wrap over the bowl. Be sure it is touching the top of the glaze or it will harden.
  • You can also refrigerate and use later. Just bring to room temperature to use.
  • Since this has dairy in it, you must refrigerate it if you are going to let it sit for any length of time.
  • Enjoy!
