Quick and Easy Shrimp and Sausage Paella

- 2 links Spanish chorizo sausage, or turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/2"slices shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp. bottled minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. crushed saffron threads shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram shopping list
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice shopping list
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, Peeled and deveined shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage to pan; saute 1 minute. Add onion and bell pepper to pan; saute 4 minutes. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper and saffron; saute 1 minute. Stir in rice, water, marjoram, tomatoes and clam juice; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 4 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Stir in shrimp. Cover and simmer 3 minutes or until the shrimp is done.
