Great salad dressing! Very tangy adds great flavor to any salad. Easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

Directions
  1. Stir all ingredients together until blended.
