Gambas Al Ajillo

- 1 tablespoon paprika shopping list
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 4 tablespoons dry sherry shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic peeled and minced shopping list
- 1 pound fresh shrimp rinsed peeled and deveined shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl blend together paprika, hot sauce, tomato paste, salt, cayenne and sherry.
- Warm olive oil in a heavy skillet over high heat and sauté garlic until fragrant about 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp to skillet and toss to coat then add spice mixture and toss to blend.
- Cook until shrimp are pink then serve warm from skillet with rice or pasta.
