Mas Quick Portuguese Spaghetti

- 1 lb. linguicia (Portuguese sausage), casing removed and chopped shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 good pinch of dried crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes shopping list
- fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 pound penne or spaghetti, cooked shopping list
How to make it
- Add linguicia, onion, pepper, and garlic in a deep skillet. Cook until linguicia is slightly brown on the edges and the vegetables are tender.
- Add crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes and parsley. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
- Toss in cooked pasta, and toss.
