How to make it

  • Add linguicia, onion, pepper, and garlic in a deep skillet. Cook until linguicia is slightly brown on the edges and the vegetables are tender.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes and parsley. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
  • Toss in cooked pasta, and toss.
