Ingredients
  • 300g milk
  • 25g whipping cream
  • 20g milk powder
  • 100g sugar
  • 20g honey
  • 80g smooth Turron

Directions
  1. Boil the milk, cream and sugar, strain and cool.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the cooled mix and churn in an ice cream maker
  3. If you don't have an ice cream maker then part freeze, take out of freezer and whisk/beat to break up the ice crystals and add air. Do this at least 3 times, the more you beat, the smoother the ice cream
