Thank you Jim! If I had only one last meal, these are what I'd want. Deb, I just read your comment, and the secret to making these egg noodles work is letting them air-out on the counter before dropping them into the broth. They stay more chewy instead of doughy like dumplings. Thank you everyone for commenting.
