Quick And Easy Cookies

These easy cookies are made with any flavor cake mix. They can be made in 20 minutes or less. I got the recipe from my mother-in-law. She had cut it out of the Dallas newspaper. It came from Heloise. Explore flavors.
Ingredients
- Any flavor cake mix. shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- Optional - Add nuts, chocolate chips, or anything else you think might be good. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet 1-2 inches apart depending on the size of your cookies.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes (or a little more for large cookies).
- Refrigerate leftover dough for tomorrow.
- I used German Chocolate cake mix and added pecans and milk chocolate chips. I am going to try Spice Cake next.
