Mushroom Pasta Recipe
Simple dish perfect for parties. You can bring it along to a potluck party too.

Ingredients
  • 300g Any 3 types of mushrooms of your choice
  • 100g Brocolli - pre-cooked (boil/steam)
  • 500g Any kind of pasta of your own choice, (I choose spiral pasta)
  • 1cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 125ml Grated parmasean cheese
  • 90ml Butter
  • 1tbsp Olive oil
  • fresh thyme
  • fresh parsley
  • Black Pepper & Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Prepare the white sauce - Melt butter (60ml) in a pan, adding flour and milk till thicken. (When pouring the milk, pan must be away from heat) Set aside.
  2. Cook the mushrooms with remaining butter and oil.
  3. Add in desire fresh thyme, parsley all chopped finely, with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook the pasta till soft.
  5. Preheat the oven to 250c.
  6. On a baking pan, pour the pasta.
  7. Add in the white sauce, then the mushroom and brocolli.
  8. Now add in the grated cheese.
  9. Mix all of them with a spoon - ready.
  10. Now bake in the oven for about 10 mins till slighty golden brown.
