Mixed Vegetable Cassserole

- 1 28 oz can Veg-All or 20 oz package of frozen lmixed veggies shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- Ritz crackers shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 can water chestnuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- If using frozen veggies, cook and drain
- Mix all ingredients together and place in buttered casserole
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers
- Pour melted butter over top
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until crackers begin to brown.
- Note: This recipe does not have or need any seasonings.
