Mixed Vegetable Cassserole Recipe
An easy side dish that be put together quickly. And most kids like this. Think of it as veggie and cheese. It has been a staple for many years.

Ingredients
  • 1 28 oz can Veg-All or 20 oz package of frozen lmixed veggies
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can water chestnuts (optional)

Directions
  1. If using frozen veggies, cook and drain
  2. Mix all ingredients together and place in buttered casserole
  3. Top with crushed Ritz crackers
  4. Pour melted butter over top
  5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until crackers begin to brown.
  6. Note: This recipe does not have or need any seasonings.
