This is the best rub I have ever had and the first one i ever made! Everyone loved it.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Paprika
  • 1 1/2Tbsp Freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • Mop Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp. Salt

Directions
  1. Combine all of the rub ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  2. Combine all of the mop sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  3. This rub works for 4-6lbs of Pork Ribs. Rub 2/3 of the mixture onto both sides of the rib racks and refrigerate for at least 4 hrs.
  4. Use Mop sauce with 30mins remaining in grill time for the ribs.

Mop sauce is a sauce you can rub on the ribs just before they are done and even use to dip the ribs in...
