Pork Ribs Rub

This is the best rub I have ever had and the first one i ever made! Everyone loved it.
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup paprika shopping list
- 1 1/2Tbsp Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Firmly packed light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp celery salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin shopping list
- Mop Sauce shopping list
- 1/4 Cup yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 Cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all of the rub ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Combine all of the mop sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
- This rub works for 4-6lbs of Pork Ribs. Rub 2/3 of the mixture onto both sides of the rib racks and refrigerate for at least 4 hrs.
- Use Mop sauce with 30mins remaining in grill time for the ribs.
