Scalloped Cauliflower Recipe

	easy side scalloped cauliflower cheese onion cream

Ingredients

2 bags frozen cauliflower

1 small white onion

1/2 pound extra sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 pint whipping cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place 1 bag of cauliflower in glass baking dish then season with salt and pepper.

Layer sliced onion and half of the cheese over top of cauliflower.

Place the other bag of cauliflower on top and layer with remaining cheese.

Pour whipping cream over cauliflower and add 1 carton full of water.

Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
