Butterscotch Chocolate Cake

- 1 box chocolate cake mix shopping list
- 17 ounce jar butterscotch ice cream topping shopping list
- 8 ounce carton frozen whipped topping thawed shopping list
- 6 ounce Butterfinger candy bar coarsely crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare and bake cake according to box directions using a greased rectangular baking pan.
- Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
- Using the end of a wooden spoon poke 12 holes in warm cake.
- Pour butterscotch topping over cake then cool completely.
- Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle with crushed candy bars.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
