Whole Steamed Fish

- 6 pounds black cod gutted head and tail on shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced ginger shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions shopping list
- cabbage for lining steamer shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- peanut oil heated to simmer shopping list
How to make it
- Score the skin on the fish.
- Place some ginger and scallions inside the cavity and the rest on the skin.
- Put fish in a steamer lined with cabbage leaves.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over fish followed by hot peanut oil.
