How to make it

  • Score the skin on the fish.
  • Place some ginger and scallions inside the cavity and the rest on the skin.
  • Put fish in a steamer lined with cabbage leaves.
  • Steam for 10 minutes.
  • Pour soy sauce over fish followed by hot peanut oil.

    Thanks Chef, I have been gathering whole fish recipes and I'll add this. Sounds good Clean pure fish taste. Does the ginger dominate the dish?
