Extra Special Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

4 pouches instant oatmeal, maple and brown sugar or cinnamon spice

1 1/4 c. flour

1 tbsp. baking powder

1/3 c. oil

1 egg, beaten

2 c. milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Add combined oil, egg and mild. Stir until just combined. Let stand 5 min. before cooking. use 1/4 c. batter per pancake, and cook on griddle till bubbles form. Flip, and continue cooking till golden.
