Sugarfree Summer Spread Recipe
A delicious, no-cook jam bursting with peaches and raspberries and thickened with a no-sugar-needed pectin. If Splenda isn`t your thing, use regular sugar instead. 2 tbsp per serving.

Ingredients
  • 8.5 oz (about 2 cups) raspberries
  • 12 oz (about 2 cups) skinned diced peaches
  • 2/3 cup Splenda Granular Sweetener
  • 1.75 oz (1 pkg) No-Sugar-Needed pectin

Directions
  1. Combine raspberries and peaches in a bowl and sprinkle with the Splenda.
  2. Mash together until almost completely smooth, and well combined.
  3. Add pectin, mixing well.
  4. Transfer mix to a container (freezer safe if storing for later) and allow to sit, covered, 45 minutes.
  5. Store in refrigerator up to 2 months, or freeze up to 1 year.
