How to make it

  • Combine raspberries and peaches in a bowl and sprinkle with the Splenda.
  • Mash together until almost completely smooth, and well combined.
  • Add pectin, mixing well.
  • Transfer mix to a container (freezer safe if storing for later) and allow to sit, covered, 45 minutes.
  • Store in refrigerator up to 2 months, or freeze up to 1 year.
