Filled Salami Cone Appetizer Recipe
these are very easy to make... you can vary the little fillings and the cheese.... they make great football or casual appetizers..the prep time does not include the 1 hour chill time

Ingredients
  • 24 paper thin slices of Genoa Salami
  • 24 paper thin slices of Havarti cheese
  • 24 cocktail onions
  • 24 pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 24 toothpicks

Directions
  1. cut cheese slices slightly smaller that the salami slices.
  2. place 1 cheese slice on top of each salami slice
  3. roll in to a cone shape
  4. place 1 onion and 1 olive inside the cone.
  5. secure with a toothpick.
  6. refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  7. remove the toothpick before serving...
