Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 50 g 70% chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • pinch cayenne
  • 1 tbsp Godiva chocolate liqueur

Directions
  1. Combine cornstarch and cold water in a small glass, set aside.
  2. Heat milk to just below a simmer in a small, non-metallic pot.
  3. Stir in chocolate until melted, then add sugar and cayenne.
  4. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  5. Just before serving, stir in liqueur.
