- 1 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 3 tbsp cold water shopping list
- 1 cup 1% milk shopping list
- 50 g 70% chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- pinch cayenne shopping list
- 1 tbsp Godiva chocolate liqueur shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cornstarch and cold water in a small glass, set aside.
- Heat milk to just below a simmer in a small, non-metallic pot.
- Stir in chocolate until melted, then add sugar and cayenne.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Just before serving, stir in liqueur.
