Tex-Mex Chicken Salad

Great put together summer salad, Look pretty too
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked diced chicken shopping list
- 1 small avocado diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped shopping list
- 2/3 cup cooked corn kernals shopping list
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper diced shopping list
- 1 tbs lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1/2 cup salasa shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup crushed tortialla chips ( garnish ) shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl combine lime juice, cumin, salsa and sour cream.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Toss the dressing into chicken mixture.
- Divide among 4 plates and sprinkle with crushed chips

Sounds good except I would have to leave off the avocado, I am not a fan of them. The rest of the recipe sounds delish! Thanks fro posting! deb
