Ray Wings

                    - Ray wings shopping list
 - Fresh French tarragon shopping list
 - lemon shopping list
 - butter shopping list
 - salt and pepper shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Take a sheet of cooking foil and butter it well, season the butter with salt and pepper and sprinkle some of the tarragon over.
 - Place the wings on the foil and add the rest of the tarragon and a little more salt and pepper.
 - Fold the foil to make an envelope and tightly seal it.
 - Place into an oven heated to 180 degrees Centigrade and cook for no more than ten minutes.
 - Rest the fish for two minutes then break open the foil and serve up with a slice or two of lemon and whatever vegetables you have.
