Ingredients
  • 16 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 package of white sauce mix
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 package of frozen spinach,thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 TBS. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced ham-optional

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven to375*F.
  2. cook pasta acording to directions
  3. prepare white sauce acording to directions,set aside
  4. in a small bowl, combine cottage cheese,mozzarella,egg white,garlic powder,basil,pepper , spinach and ham(if useing)
  5. pour 1/2 white sause in to a greased 11" X 7" baking dish.
  6. drain and rince,in cold water, the pasta;stuff each shell with 2 Tbs. of spinach mixture.
  7. place in dish and pour reat of white sauce over.
  8. cover and bake for 25 minutes or until heated thru. sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
  9. Omiting the ham if you want a vegetarian dish.
