How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine Ground turkey, onion, mustard, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, 1/2 beef boullion cube, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  • Place meat mixture into a fry pan and cook until meat is cooked thru and onions are transparent.
  • Meanwhile, cook rice per directions.
  • Once meat mixture is done, drain grease and pour into bowl.
  • Stir in Sour cream, rice, & cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a 13x9in baking dish, arrange green pepper halves. Fill each halve with meat mixture.
  • Disolve remaining 1/2 beef boullion cube in hot water. Pour into bottom of baking dish.
  • Cover stuffed peppers with foil and bake for 30mins.
  • Once 30mins is complete, uncover and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of peppers.
  • Bake, uncovered, for another 10 mins.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
