How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
  • In bacon drippings, saute onion until brown.
  • Mix bacon, onion and drippings with remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into casserole dish and baked covered for 45 to 60 minutes.
  • Served at The Lady and Sons.

    This was an awesome recipe .. The only complaint I have was that it was way too salty. I used fresh bacon from the deli which I think might have added to the saltiness but I'm not quite sure. I'll make these baked beans again in the future and try to reduce the sodium somehow. Other than that they were excellent! 8-)
