How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan or a large skillet with a lid.
  • Sprinkle with salt to taste (about 1 tablespoon).
  • Drizzle with olive oil (drizzle around pan twice).
  • Add about 1/4 cup water and toss well.
  • Cover and let simmer on medium high heat for about 15 minutes, or until broccoli and potatoes are tender and onions are translucent (stir occasionally).
